Races are held at the Woodburn Dragstrip in Woodburn, OR. Team arrives at the track at 8:00 am for test and tune. Race starts at 12:00 pm.

Advancing Clatsop Teens in Vocational Education (ACTIVE) was founded in 2007. Advancing Clatsop Teens In Vocational Education (ACTIVE) was founded in 2007 to provide vocational learning experiences and positive activities for students living in Clatsop County. We are an official 501(C)(3) nonprofit organization and rely 100% on volunteered time and donations. Our goal is to offer opportunities for vocational training and trade school education to students who do not see themselves attending a college or university.
We have successfully established a drag racing team in partnership with Astoria High School and have become a regular in the High School Series competition at Woodburn Dragstrip in Woodburn, Oregon. We will continue to seek new opportunities to expand for activities that will eventually be available to all students in every school in Clatsop County. This can only be obtainable through the generous support of community members and businesses donating their time, resources and money.
